Recent russian missile attacks targeting Ukrainian critical infrastructure left most of Ukraine without electricity. These attacks which repeat every 3-4 weeks are very problematic for Ukraine. Even though Ukrainian air defense shots down 70-80% of russian missiles, still Ukrainian critical infrastructure is having a hard time. According to the latest statistics, 20% of Ukrainian electric infrastructure is completely destroyed and another 50% is damaged. What changed that Russia is targeting civilian infrastructure to decoy it right before real winter starts? First of all, the leadership has changed.  On 20th of November national teams of Ecuador and Qatar officially started World Cup. Ecuador easily won 2:0 against Qatar. This matched, and especially the image of Qatar once again raised questions about them being host of the World Cup. Why this tiny nation without any football tradition is a host to the biggest sport event in the world? Why FIFA has given permission to organize World Cup to a country which is well known for violation of human rights? Why FIFA organized World Cup in a country in which temperatures during summer (when World Cup is organized) reach 50 Celsius?  Answer to this questions is very simple, money. Qatar is one of the richest countries on Earth, and FIFA is known for taking bribes for lots of things.  On the 30th of October 2022 the Brazilian nation decided, that Luiz Ignacio Lula da Silva will become new president of Brazil. Presidential campaign before the election was full of fake accusations. For example, Bolsonaro was accused of being a cannibal and pedophile and Lula was accused of being a satanist, communist and a gang leader. But after all, it turned out that Lula won by a very small difference of votes. This plot twist raised a lot of questions. Will Lula continue Bolsonaro's international politic? Will Lula try to undo Bolsonaro's anti democratic reforms and laws? Nad the most important question, will Bolsonaro accept the results of election.
