 New Zealand recently established new law, which everybody was waiting for. New Zealand's government forbids to buy cigarettes and other tobacco products  by people born after 1 of January 2009. Its purpose is "to make New Zealand smoke free by 2025. This law will also slash the number of companies with permission to sell cigarettes by 2023. Although it seems like a great idea at first, but we must remember how establishing prohibition of certain products made things worse in countries that established it. In USA alcohol prohibition made mafia wealthier and so strong that fighting it was a huge problem for the USA. In other case, in Sweden when the government established "alcohol books" which were required to buy alcohol, alcoholism rate had grown really fast, and the black market was so huge that fighting with it became one of the main problem of Swedish government.  In last days, a lot of things happened and still are happening in Peru. This big, South American country is, like most of Latin America, very politicly unstable country. Last week the president of Peru, Pedro Castillo, tried to suspend the Congress, which had "moral incapacity" to rule the country with him. His words were the effect of multiple corruption accusations. He said that he will rule by decree until next elections. But his plan had fallen apart when all of his ministers cut back on him and the "suspended" congress voted to remove him. After his plan fell apart, he tried to get an asylum in Mexican Embassy, but his own security brought him to the police station instead. Right now he is sitting in prison and waiting for trial. But a lot of his supporters are demonstrating throughout the country. After all the things that Russia did, there are still people that think that Russians aren't responsible for the war, or crimes against humanity, only Putins regime is responsible. A lot of people think that, even though there are recent polls show that over 60% of Russians support Putin. Russian opposition isn't better. The biggest Russian opposition TV channel "Rain" some time ago, also revealed its true face. During live transmission, one of the reporters said that they know about terrible situation of Russian soldiers on the front line, and asked them to keep sending informations, and "Rain" is strongly supporting Russian soldiers in their situation. After 24 of February, "Rain" moved from Russia to Latvia, and Latvia allowed them to work in their country. After this situation "Rain" apologized and said that nothing happened.  This World Cup is special in many ways. Apart from the controversies in its organization, there are also a lot of miracles directly on the football pitch. Germany, Uruguay and Belgium didn't advance to the playoff stage, Tunisia beating France, Kamerun beating Brazil, Saudi Arabia beating Argentina and a lot more. But probably the most spectacular miracle was Maroko. They've beaten Belgium, Spain, Portugal, advance from the 1 place in their group and became the first African team to advance to the best countries in the world. Before the World Cup, no one thought that Maroko will be the dark horse. They have changed their coach less than 3 months from the World Cup, and this coach Walid Regragui had no experience in leading any national team.  In recents days and months conflict between Kosovo and Serbia is slowly rising. During vacations there were reports of shooting by the military of both countries along their border. The conflict was about the new registration plates, which kosovian government wanted to introduce to all citizens in Kosovo. Because of Serbian government, which wanted to intervene, kosovian government finally didn't introduce it. Now, it all started when Serbian president send an offer to NATO to redeploy 1000 of Serbian soldiers and policeman's in Kosovo. Of course, NATO and especially kosovian government didn't allow this. Now, serbs that live in northern part of Kosovo are building barricades and there are unofficial reports that kosovian police and military gave them ultimatum. Recent russian missile attacks targeting Ukrainian critical infrastructure left most of Ukraine without electricity. These attacks which repeat every 3-4 weeks are very problematic for Ukraine. Even though Ukrainian air defense shots down 70-80% of russian missiles, still Ukrainian critical infrastructure is having a hard time. According to the latest statistics, 20% of Ukrainian electric infrastructure is completely destroyed and another 50% is damaged. What changed that Russia is targeting civilian infrastructure to decoy it right before real winter starts? First of all, the leadership has changed.
