Why two allies are fighting against themselves? War between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

 In recent weeks and months, a lot of conflicts around the world escalated. The first big military conflict started on 24 of February between Russian Federation and Ukraine. Recently, the "mountain Karabakh" conflict escalated again, because Azerbaijan invaded Armenia. But just a few days ago world heard about another conflict. This conflict is in some case special because the two participants of this war are two "allies", Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. 

The origin of this conflict is similar to Azerbaijan-Armenian conflict. It all started when Soviet Union officially fell and the republics which were under soviet occupation declared their independence. The problem was that the new borders of this states were drawn by Russian when they conquered those regions throughout their history. So these borders weren't accurate to location of tribes and nations. In case of Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan conflict Russians set some complex borders, including two Uzbek and one Tajik enclaves inside Kyrgyzstan. The main reason behind recent fights seems to be a water dispute in the most eastern sector of northern border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The fights on this area occurred throughout independent history of these countries, recent clashes appeared in first half of 2021 and beginning of 2022, but the difference between these clashes and today's conflict is that now these countries are fighting full scale war according to the latest news. 

We can't say how this war will affect world, but because Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan don't have many natural resources, lack of them won't make any world crisis, like famine in Africa caused by Russian-Ukrainian war. But for sure global superpowers such as China and USA will watch this conflict. USA will probably try to use this conflict to weaken Russian position in this region and China will probably try to make these countries, especially Tajikistan, economically and politically addicted to China. But the "fun fact about this conflict is that both of these countries belong to CSTO which is also called "Russian NATO", because the founder and strongest country in this alliance is Russia. So this conflict is another of Russian nightmares because it basically can not do anything about it.

    This is an interesting topic but ... You were NOT supposed to write a lecture about the conflicts between the former Soviet republics but read and article, report on it briefly and write a comment. All this should've taken 150 words.
    Try to stick to the rules next time.

 New Zealand recently established new law, which everybody was waiting for. New Zealand's government forbids to buy cigarettes and other tobacco products  by people born after 1 of January 2009. Although it seems like a great idea at first, but we must remember how establishing prohibition of certain products made things worse in countries that established it. In USA alcohol prohibition made mafia wealthier and so strong that fighting it was a huge problem for the USA. In other case, in Sweden when the government established "alcohol books" which were required to buy alcohol, alcoholism rate had grown really fast, and the black market was so huge that fighting with it became one of the main problem of Swedish government. Why Tunisian election recorded only 8,8% turnout.

 Last election carried out in Tunisia showed that almost no one believes in changing Tunisian president. After suspending parlament and establishing new constitution, Tunisian president Kais Saied is ruling almost alone for the last year. Because of that, no one believed that voting in this election would change anything in the government or presidential seat. 91% of Tunisians not voting in this election is a signal for Saied that very few Tunisians support him. After introducing new constitution, Saied called other political parties an enemies of people and left them with almost no political rights. Games using procedural generating #3

 My third post is about another, well known game, Terraria. This game is called "2D Minecraft". There are many reasons to think that. Terraria has similar "cubic" graphic, is also based on on procedural generated world and monsters. This game was created by small, independent american studio, "Re-Logic" and published by "505 Games" on 16 May 2011. The game received very positive reviews, and it has sold in over 35 milion copies, which is one of the biggest success in video game history. Terraria world is entirely built with small squares of different materials, such as stone, dirt, wood, etc. This game was entirely written in C# programming language.
